- Support the wellbeing of residents and help them feel at home
- Collaborate as a team to enrich residents' lives and support colleagues
- Deliver personalised, skilled care in line with individual care plans
- Incorporate leisure and social activities into daily routines
- Guide and mentor Care Assistants, ensuring they receive support and develop professionally
Key Requirements
Experience and Skills
- Experience in care (Ideally, a NVQ3/SVQ3 in Social Care or equivalent) is desirable
- Ability to communicate clearly and work flexibly
- Commitment to teamlwork and collaboration
- Kindness and genuine passion for working with older people
- Dedication to treating everyone with dignity and respect
