  • Collaborate as a team to enrich residents' lives and support colleagues

Key Requirements

Experience and Skills

  • Experience in care (Ideally, a NVQ3/SVQ3 in Social Care or equivalent) is desirable
  • Ability to communicate clearly and work flexibly
  • Commitment to teamlwork and collaboration
  • Kindness and genuine passion for working with older people
  • Dedication to treating everyone with dignity and respect
