Care Team Leader Nights – 20 Hours per Week (Nightshift)

The Role
Location: Breme Residential Care Home, 46 Providence Road, Bromsgrove, Worcestershire Salary: £15.34 per hour Hours: 20 hours per week (nightshift)
About the Role
As a Care Team Leader Nights, you will:
- Oversee the day-to-day care needs of residents with compassion and dedication.
- Lead a team of Care Assistants in delivering personalised, high-quality care.
- Support resident wellbeing, including leisure and social activities.
- Ensure every resident, family, and colleague is treated with respect, kindness and dignity.

Key Responsibilities
- Team collaboration – Foster a positive team environment that enriches residents’ lives.
- Personalised care – Deliver care plans tailored to each resident’s needs.
- Leisure & social engagement – Promote joy, inclusion and meaningful activities.
- Team leadership – Mentor Care Assistants and ensure compliance with care protocols.

Requirements
- Essential:
- Experience in care (preferably working with older adults).
- Desirable:
- NVQ Level 3 Award in Social Care.
- Essential Soft Skills:
- Strong communication skills and active listening.
- Flexible, empathetic, and approachable personality.
- A genuine care and respect for older people and their families.
- Commitment to continuous teamwork andDevelopment.
