Lifeways is on the lookout for a passionate, driven Care Team Leader to support our Service Manager and help shape the future of our Supported Living Service in Radcliffe.

- Full-time (37.5 hrs/week)
- 7.00am–23.00pm (Monday–Sunday)
- Sleep-ins required

An experienced Care Team Leader or Senior Support Worker with an NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care or
A motivated Support Worker or Care Assistant ready to take the next step

Your Role
As a Care Team Leader, You Will
- Inspire and guide a team of Support Workers
- Deliver exceptional, person-centred care
- Support recruitment, training and staff development
- Communicate confidently with colleagues, families and professionals
- Use digital systems to maintain accurate, high-quality records
