Care Team Leader – Upton Dene Residential and Nursing Home, Chester

This is a Care Team Leader role at Upton Dene Residential and Nursing Home, located at Caldecott Close, CH2 1FD.
- Hourly Rate: £15.34 per hour
- Working Hours: 33 hours per week – nights

Your Role
- Support the wellbeing of residents, ensuring they feel cared-for and at home
- Work closely with the team to enrich residents’ lives through social and personalised care
- Deliver care plans that meet individual needs
- Promote leisure and social activities to foster meaningful engagement
- Guide and encourage Care Assistants in their professional development

Key Skills and Requirements
- Experience in care, ideally holding an NVQ3/SVQ3 in Social Care (or equivalent)
- Clear, proactive communication and willingness to flex your approach as needs arise
- Strong collaborative mindset and team player attitude
- Deep empathy and genuine care for the needs of older people
- Commitment to upholding dignity and respect in all interactions
