The Role

Purpose

  • Lead day-to-day operational administration of Argenti’s care technology service, ensuring it meets statutory, operational and quality requirements.
  • Act as an advocate for service excellence by collaborating with Councils and referrers to create high-quality, resilient referrals—improving lives for service users, families and carers.
  • Ensure accurate, timely record-keeping across all Argenti and Council systems, safeguarding data integrity.
  • Represent Argenti and its partnerships proactively in engagements with Council staff, service users and stakeholders.

Senior Responsibilities

You’ll drive operations while supporting strategy execution, including:

  • Day-to-day administration: Assessing request suitability, prioritising referrals, evaluating outcomes and quantifying impact.
  • Client-facing excellence:
    • Advising internal & external stakeholders to ensure quality referrals (right-first-time success).
    • Resolving service user/referrer/partner queries, escalating escalating where necessary.
    • Maintaining quick response times to phone, email and complaints, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations.
  • Quality & compliance:
    • Ensuring up-to-date, transparent records in Argenti and Council systems.
    • Supporting contract audits and reporting.
  • Innovation & improvement:
    • Collaborating on projects like proof-of-concept pilots and digital transformation.
    • Advancing continuous improvement initiatives such as process streamlining and cultural upskilling in care technology.
  • Leadership:
    • Cooperating closely with the Operations Manager and cross-team stakeholders.
    • Exemplifying Saint-Gobain PA’s *equal opportunities, safeguarding and de-quality improvement policies.

What We’re Looking For

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office—Excel (advanced) with mastery of:
    • Data analysis (pivot tables, logical functions, lookups, data validation).
    • VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SQL (a plus), and report generation.
    • Word/PowerPoint for client-facing reporting.
  • Analytical mindset:
    • Ability to interpret trends, benchmark progress, and share insights.
  • Communication skills (verbal & written):
    • Confidence speaking to counselors, referrers and service users; crafting concise updates and summaries.
    • Stakeholder collaboration and crisis/complaint resolution.
  • Attention to detail—maintaining precise records, adhering to governance.
  • New era competences:
    • Solid awareness of the health and care sector, inclusivity agenda (personalisation, safeguarding).
    • Experience of vulnerable populations and care technology’s role.
  • Dual mindset: Administrative rigor + strategic adaptability—balancing quick fixes with big-picture transformation.
