We match our Care Professionals to our clients based on mutual interests and hobbies to help build bonds of trust and enable us to provide personalised support. We also support clients with Personal Care.
Job Description
We are recruiting Care Professionals to support clients in their own homes and enable them to continue living there for as long as possible. If you have a passion for helping people and are available for 16 to 30 hours each week, then this could be the perfect role for you!
Guaranteed hours contracts are available for 16, 26, or 30+ hours per week dependent upon your availability and willingness to travel around the Reigate and Tandridge area. No experience is required as award-winning training is provided.
For this role, you will need to be available to support clients for a set number of hours per week, especially during mornings, evenings, and alternate weekends.

In return we can offer you:
- £24.30 - £26.50 per 2 HOUR visit (breaks down to £12.15 and £13.25 per hour)
- Each visit is a minimum of 2 HOURS, we DO NOT 'run in, run out'.
- 40p - 45p per mile is paid after your first 7-mile natural commute to and from work.
- £1 paid for each visit
