Care worker

Company Description

Home Instead is the world’s leading provider of non-medical care and companionship services for older people. With minimum visits of one hour, award-winning training, and an excellent reputation we are immensely proud of the quality of care we provide. We match our Care Professionals to our clients based on mutual interests and hobbies to help build bonds of trust and enable us to provide personalised support. We also support clients with Personal Care.

Job Description

We are recruiting Care Professionals to support clients in their own homes and enable them to continue living there for as long as possible. If you have a passion for helping people and are available for 16 to 30 hours each week, then this could be the perfect role for you!

Guaranteed hours contracts are available for 16, 26, or 30+ hours per week dependent upon your availability and willingness to travel around the Reigate and Tandridge area. No experience is required as award-winning training is provided.

For this role, you will need to be available to support clients for a set number of hours per week, especially during mornings, evenings, and alternate weekends.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
