Our Care Workers are a vital part of our established teams, and we are seeking dedicated individuals to join Ada Belfield Care Centre.

Key Responsibilities
Daily Care & Support
- Provide personal care, domestic assistance, medication management, and health-related activities in line with individualised care plans
- Offer emotional and social support, enhancing residents' quality of life
- Help residents maintain independence through tailored assistance
- Complete and maintain records, including:
- Person-centred care plans
- Activity logs
- Progress reviews
- Admission documentation
Collaboration & Safeguarding
- Work alongside colleagues, other professionals, residents with complex needs, and their families/carers
- Ensure the safeguarding of vulnerable adults in line with Department of Health guidelines
- Uphold confidentiality, adhering to council policies and recording systems
- Manage additional ad-hoc duties as required
Person Specification
Experience and Skills
- Prior experience in caring for people (paid, voluntary, or self-driven)
- Strong empathy and understanding of vulnerable individuals’ needs
- Clear communication skills to relate to a diverse range of residents
- Commitment to dignity, respect, and personalised care
- Ability to:
- Follow structured care routines and adapt to individual changes
- Work both independently and as part of a cohesive team
- Operate flexibly across:
- Full-time and part-time shifts
- Day, night, weekend, and bank holiday coverage
