We’re searching for passionate, compassionate Care Workers to join our strong, established team. If you’re ready to make a meaningful impact in people’s lives, this is your role.
🏡 What You’ll Be Doing
As a Care Worker at Oaklands Extracare, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting clients to regain and maintain independence in their daily lives. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing high-quality, person-centred care tailored to individual needs in clients’ homes.
- Assisting with daily tasks such as washing, dressing, meal preparation, medication management, and social engagement.
- Specialising in supporting individuals, including those with dementia, with sensitivity and understanding.
- Keeping accurate and up-to-date care records.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure service excellence and uphold the highest standards of care.
- Working closely with colleagues in a welcoming and supportive team-based environment.
