About The Role
We are looking for a caring, compassionate, and dedicated Residential Care Worker to join our team at Clifton Gardens Care Home. Ideally, you will have experience supporting older adults, including those living with dementia, and be committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

In this important role, you will work as part of a supportive team to ensure our residents receive the care, dignity, and respect they deserve, promoting their independence and enhancing their quality of life.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Providing personal care and support in line with individual care plans.
- Assisting residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility.
- Building positive relationships with residents and supporting their emotional wellbeing.
- Encouraging participation in social, recreational, and meaningful activities.
- Monitoring residents' wellbeing and reporting any concerns or changes to senior staff.
- Maintaining accurate care records and documentation.
- Supporting residents to maintain their independence, choice, and dignity.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Following safeguarding procedures and maintaining a safe environment for residents.
- Complying with all care home policies, procedures and relevant guidelines.
About The Team You’ll Be Working In
Clifton Gardens is a 42-bed residential care home in Chiswick, supporting older people, many living with dementia. We are committed to providing a warm, respectful, and person-centred environment.
About You
We are looking for someone who is caring, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality support to older people, including those living with dementia.
Essential:
- Experience providing care and support within a residential, nursing, or community care setting.
- Experience supporting older adults, including individuals living with dementia.
- Good understanding of person-centred care and promoting independence.
- Knowledge of safeguarding principles and safe working practices.
- Ability to maintain accurate care records and follow care plans.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Care certificate in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).
- Basic IT skills, including experience using digital care systems or Microsoft applications such as Outlook.
