Role Description

This is a full-time or part-time remote opportunity for a Career Coach. The Career Coach will work closely with clients to provide individualized career counseling and job coaching. Daily responsibilities include conducting career development sessions, assisting clients in identifying their professional goals, providing interview preparation guidance, and offering actionable strategies for job searches. The role requires effective communication and a client-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalised career coaching to a diverse clientele, spanning multiple industries.
  • Assist clients in crafting career plans, enhancing CVs, and preparing for career transitions.
  • Offer expert guidance on job search strategies and interview techniques.
  • Lead impactful workshops and webinars to inspire and educate clients.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to deliver cutting-edge coaching.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in career coaching, HR, recruitment, or related fields is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Ability to work independently while effectively managing schedules and client expectations.
  • Empathy and a genuine desire to help others achieve their career goals.
  • Cultural awareness and the ability to work effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
