Town Planner Vacancies – Stantec UK
The Opportunity

We are recruiting Planning professionals at various levels to join our expanding teams across the UK. Our planning teams operate in:

About You
You will ideally be:
- A chartered/associate MRTPI Town Planner (or working towards it).
- A planning professional with proven experience from consultancy, private sector or public sector environments.
- Adept at working on residential, mixed-use, strategic, commercial and energy projects.
- Capable of preparing, submitting and negotiating planning applications of varied sizes and types.
- For senior roles, experience with lodging appeals and attending informal hearings is advantageous.
- Skilled in coordinating internal and external project teams, ensuring quality assurance on projects.
- Able to build and maintain client relationships, delivering quality advice and service.
- Ideally with local knowledge of the UK region you wish to join (relocators welcome).
- Hold a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.
