Role Overview
To help NAAFI attract, develop and retain great people by providing great candidate experience and career support service across the globe. Working closely with managers, colleagues and the wider HR team, this role will lead recruitment activity end to end, strengthen talent pipelines, promote internal mobility and support colleagues with reaching their career aspirations within NAAFI.

Responsibilities
- Partner and coach hiring managers to understand vacancy requirements, agree inclusive recruitment plans and support robust, fair and timely selection decisions.
- Manage end-to-end global recruitment activity for allocated roles, including vacancy briefing, advert writing, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer support and onboarding handover.
- Ensure an efficient end to end recruitment process, maintaining SLA’s and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and/or enhance candidate experience.
- Promote NAAFI as an employer brand through a positive candidate journey and experience.
- Coach colleagues with career conversations, CV guidance, interview preparation and advice on internal vacancies, helping them understand possible routes for progression within NAAFI.
- Build talent pipelines for current and future requirements, and keep pipeline engaged.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments and own all candidate communications, ensuring feedback is timely, respectful and consistent throughout the process.
- Support offer management, pre-employment checks and full onboarding, working closely with wider team to create a smooth new starter experience.
- Analyse recruitment and mobility data, compile KPI reporting and provide recommendations.
- Support with NAAFI career mapping and facilitate internal mobility.
- Use recruitment data, candidate feedback, AI and market insight to highlight risks, improve processes and support practical decision making.
- Lead employer brand activity, recruitment campaigns, career events and continuous improvement projects that strengthen NAAFI’s ability to attract and retain great people.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment and colleague information within the HRIS/ATS/trackers, managing digital workflows to ensure vacancies, candidate records, approvals and onboarding activity progress smoothly and compliantly.

- 2 years’ experience in an end to end recruitment based role.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- 2 years’ experience with HRIS/ATS systems.
- Practical experience with recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
