This role will work within the CareersPlus & Employer Relations team, this part-time (2 days per week) role supports the delivery of International Careers activity across WBS.
It will work closely with the International Careers Manager, the role provides careers coaching and workshop delivery to international students across UG, MSc and MBA programmes, and contributes to international employer engagement activity across multiple global markets through outreach, coordination, and engagement activities that support employer pipelines and the delivery of international careers events.
About You
You will be joining a collaborative WBS CareersPlus & Employer Relations team where employability is central to the student experience and where work has clear, visible impact. The role involves supporting engagement with international students, employers, alumni and partners, contributing to career coaching delivery, employer engagement activity, events and communications. You will work in a supportive environment where initiative is encouraged and high-quality delivery is valued, with opportunities to contribute to a range of international careers activities and see the outcomes of your work across the student and employer community.

About The Department
The WBS CareersPlus & Employer Relations team provides faculty-based careers management and professional development support across the full student portfolio, with a strong focus on international students and global career pathways.
The team works closely with WBS faculty, corporate partners, and programme management colleagues to deliver integrated careers support that aligns with academic programmes and reflects global employer needs.
