About This Role
The Careers & Employability Service (CES) encompasses Careers & Employability, Study & Work Abroad, and the Global Student Experience. This role provides a unique opportunity to work across all three areas, contributing to information, marketing, events, and day-to-day service delivery.
The post holder will support the coordination and promotion of a range of activities, including:
- Career-related events
- International student social and cultural activities
- Marketing campaigns
They will play a key role in shaping student-facing communications and engagement, while also gaining valuable hands-on experience in planning and delivering events. As a recent graduate, the intern will also act as a co-creator, bringing fresh insight into the student experience and helping CES shape its strategy to better align with students' needs. This includes contributing ideas to enhance accessibility, increase engagement, and improve service visibility.

About You
This role is ideal for a motivated, creative graduate looking to gain experience in marketing, events, and student engagement within a supportive and dynamic university environment. The postholder will need excellent organizational skills to balance competing priorities and excellent interpersonal skills, working closely with students and colleagues across the University.
About The Team
You'll be joining a highly professional, committed, and student-focused academic community and work within a small, friendly, and flexible administrative team, who are keen to contribute to our student experience.
