About This Role
We are seeking a graduate to help support the Careers & Employability Service (CES) day-to-day operations, including answering emails and phone calls, approving jobs on the job board, and welcoming guests in the Careers Centre, with a strong focus on software and data. The post holder will liaise with the careers software provider, support processes’ implementation, and analyze data reports. The post holder will also use their recent experience of higher education study to help co-create aspects of the Careers & Employability strategy. As a co-creator, the post holder will help the CES to shape its service to be more aligned with students’ needs and therefore increase engagement and accessibility.
About You
This opportunity is open to recent University of Chichester graduates. We are looking for someone with excellent IT skills and an interest in analyzing data. The post holder will need strong organizational skills to balance competing priorities as well as good interpersonal skills, working with students and colleagues across the organization.
