Hours: Full Time | Monday-Friday | 9:00am-5:00pm
Salary: £34-£36k DOE

What You'll Be Doing
As one of our Careers Specialists, you'll take ownership of the recruitment journey for Support Worker vacancies across the North East.
You'll work closely with Hiring Managers and our Senior Careers Specialists to:
- Manage recruitment campaigns from advert through to offer.
- Screen applications and conduct telephone interviews.
- Coordinate interviews, assessment days and selection activities.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from first enquiry through to onboarding.
- Attend careers fairs, recruitment events and community outreach activities.
- Build relationships with colleges, Job Centres and employability partners.
- Promote Nova Care Group as an employer of choice across the region.
- Help us continually improve how we attract and recruit exceptional people.

What We're Looking For
You'll already have experience within recruitment, talent acquisition or internal recruitment and enjoy working in a busy, people-focused environment.
You'll Also Bring
- Level 3 or above CIPD qualification
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
- A proactive, positive and solutions-focused approach.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and recruitment systems.
- A clean full UK driving licence.
