About the Role
Our client is seeking experienced, compassionate, and reliable Support Workers / Carers to provide high-quality, person-centred support to a young person diagnosed with:
- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- ADHD
- Profound learning disability
Key Responsibilities
- Support engagement in meaningful, varied activities and prevent boredom
- Assist fully with daily living tasks and ensure safe positioning
- Provide support with personal care, outreach, and daily living tasks, ensuring dignity and respect
- Deliver skilled support for:
- Safe transfers
- Correct posture
- Safe feeding

Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months’ experience as a:
- Support Worker
- Carer
- Healthcare Assistant

Must be able to drive (own transport required)

Proven experience supporting individuals with ASD, ADHD, and learning disability

Must demonstrate:
- A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
- Excellent observation and communication skills

Reliable, punctual, and able to:
- Work independently
- Function effectively as part of a team
