Salary: £29,903 - £32,926 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent
This is a great opportunity to join our team - Employer of the Year Housing Heroes awards 2025
We are looking for a customer-focused Caretaker to join our Estate Services team in North London to work across our estates in Haringey and Enfield. Duties will include inspecting and cleaning communal areas ensuring that our estates are kept clean and hazard free with high standards maintained. You’ll be sweeping, mopping, litter picking and cleaning bin areas as well as carrying out health and safety checks.
