What You’ll Be Doing
No two days are the same, but the tasks below offer a glimpse of what to expect. If you don’t meet every point but believe you have the skills to succeed, we encourage you to apply.
- Cleaning of communal spaces
- Manage and monitor waste throughout development, complete statutory bin runs, making sure all bins are available for emptying
- Effectively liaise with the Local Authority of Waste Management Collections as and when required
- Health & Safety compliance - to include regular system testing where required
- Conduct daily site inspections and report maintenance requirements and any other issues to the Property Manager
- Ensure communal areas, such as bin stores, car parks, cycle stores are maintained and well kept
- Fob & key management
- Replacement of lightbulbs where necessary
- Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable customer service to residents
- Ensure all enquiries and repairing issues are dealt with in line with agreed service levels
- Ensure building is a safe environment in which to live and work and that it is managed in accordance with procedures
- Complete meter readings as and when required

What You Need to Succeed
- Fluent level of English; able to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and other contractors professionally, as appropriate
- Experience of working in a similar role is essential (lone working experience is advantageous)
