Are you someone who enjoys solving problems, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and wants to be part of a school where your contribution is genuinely valued?

We're looking for a proactive and dependable Caretaker to join a thriving school. This is much more than a site maintenance role—it's an opportunity to become an integral part of a team that creates a safe, welcoming and inspiring environment where children can learn, grow and succeed.

Whether you're an experienced caretaker or looking to develop your career in site and facilities management, you'll have the opportunity to broaden your skills, take ownership of your work and grow within a supportive organisation.

The Role

You'll play a key role in ensuring our school remains a safe, secure and well-maintained environment for pupils, staff and visitors.

Premises and Facilities

  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance, repairs and general DIY tasks
  • Ensure the school buildings and grounds are safe, clean and well presented
  • Coordinate contractors and oversee maintenance work on site
  • Manage deliveries and maintain stock of essential site supplies
  • Act as a key holder, including responding to alarm call-outs when required
  • Support ongoing improvements to the school environment

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
