About The Role
You will be responsible for maintaining grounds and basic landscaping tasks along with general maintenance within the homes, schools, and Offices. Support with health and safety checks, coordinate contractors, and help ensure our Salisbury sites remain welcoming and fit for purpose.
Full-time hours are 37.5 per week, usually 8.30am to 4.30pm. Part-time opportunities are also available, and we are happy to discuss flexible working patterns.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete general garden maintenance, minor repairs, painting, DIY tasks.
- Support in carrying out routine site checks, including fire, lighting, and basic water safety checks.
- Liaise with contractors and ensure work is completed safely.
- Manage maintenance requests through Teams.
- Support with site security, including locking, unlocking, and alarm response where needed.

About You
We are looking for someone who is practical, organised, reliable, and confident working independently. You will be a good communicator, comfortable using Microsoft Teams and Office 365, and willing to travel our company van between sites within approximately 20 miles of Salisbury.
Experience in caretaking, facilities, or keyholding is preferred.
