About Student Roost

- Carrying out small repairs
- Escorting third-party contractors to address issues
- Leading compliance checks with precision

Key Responsibilities
Student Roost relies on Caretakers who balance preventive maintenance, reactivity, and resident support. Your role includes:
Health, Safety, and Compliance
- Performing proactive compliance checks with a meticulous focus on standards
- Ensuring strict adherence to legislation and procedural protocols
Maintenance & Repairs
- Reactive maintenance service delivery (e.g., emergency fixes, equipment adjustments)
- Grounds maintenance including landscaping, waste management, and tedious cleaning tasks
Guests & Contracting
- Escorting and facilitating work third-party contractors, coordinating their visits efficiently
