About Student Roost

  • Carrying out small repairs
  • Escorting third-party contractors to address issues
  • Leading compliance checks with precision

Key Responsibilities

Student Roost relies on Caretakers who balance preventive maintenance, reactivity, and resident support. Your role includes:

Health, Safety, and Compliance

  • Performing proactive compliance checks with a meticulous focus on standards
  • Ensuring strict adherence to legislation and procedural protocols

Maintenance & Repairs

  • Reactive maintenance service delivery (e.g., emergency fixes, equipment adjustments)
  • Grounds maintenance including landscaping, waste management, and tedious cleaning tasks

Guests & Contracting

  • Escorting and facilitating work third-party contractors, coordinating their visits efficiently
