Cargo Logistics Co-Ordinator
Location: Aberdeen, Scotland (Office Based with Travel to Client Sites)

As our business continues to grow, we are looking to recruit an experienced and motivated Cargo Logistics Co-Ordinator to join our Aberdeen team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in cargo operations, logistics or freight coordination who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and building strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
The Role
Working from our Aberdeen office, you will coordinate the day-to-day logistics of equipment, cargo and personnel movements, ensuring deliveries are completed safely, efficiently and on time. The role will also involve visiting client sites, ports and operational locations when required.
You will be responsible for delivering a high level of customer service while ensuring operational activities are completed accurately and in accordance with client requirements.

- Coordinate domestic and international cargo movements.
- Plan and organise logistics activities to meet operational deadlines.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, freight providers and internal departments.
- Prepare shipping documentation and logistics paperwork.
- Monitor shipments and provide regular progress updates to clients.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and industry regulations.
- Coordinate equipment mobilisation and demobilisation.
- Assist with inventory and asset management.
- Support operational planning and project delivery.
- Build and maintain excellent client relationships.
- Travel to client sites, ports and operational locations as required.
- Undertake any other operational duties as required.
About You
We are looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused individual who enjoys solving problems and managing multiple priorities.
Essential:
- Previous experience within cargo, logistics, freight forwarding or supply chain operations.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Office.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Right to work in the UK.

Desirable:
- Experience supporting offshore, marine, energy or industrial sectors.
- Knowledge of international shipping documentation.
- Dangerous Goods awareness or relevant logistics qualifications.
