Pimlico Plumbers is London’s No.1 for improving and maintaining properties, operating across high-value residential homes.
This opportunity is suited to experienced engineers looking to operate independently via a limited company and build a high-earning business within a proven platform within the Pimlico franchise network.
The Pimlico Plumbers Platform
As a Pimlico Plumbers franchisee, you will operate via your own limited company while leveraging an established platform designed to support performance and productivity.
The franchise will have access to experienced teams across operations, sales, and support functions, including:
- 24/7 customer contact centre handling enquiries and bookings
- Dedicated scheduling to optimise availability and productivity
- Sales support for larger and more complex jobs
- Centralised invoicing and payment collection
- Access to approved suppliers and infrastructure
- Ongoing technical and operational support
This model is designed to reduce admin, improve efficiency, and maximise the value of every day.
What Franchisees Will Be Doing
- Working across residential and commercial properties
- Managing availability and workload to maximise productivity and earnings
- Leveraging central support functions to optimise availability
- Identifying and converting additional opportunities on-site
- Delivering high-quality work and representing the Pimlico Plumbers brand across customer environments

Important Information
- This is a franchise arrangement, not an employment opportunity
- Each franchise operates as a limited company under a franchise agreement, along with 230 existing franchisees
- The territory is non-exclusive
- Each franchise is responsible for its own business performance
- All services must comply with Pimlico systems and standards
Minimum Qualifications
Persons undertaking work on behalf of the franchise must be, and remain, qualified, certified, and accredited in accordance with any applicable law or regulations related to its trade.

Mandatory:
- NVQ Level 2 Carpentry or equivalent proven experience
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in carpentry across maintenance and installation work
- Proven experience in first and second fix carpentry
Preferred:
- NVQ Level 3 Carpentry or equivalent
- Experience working in high-end residential environments
Core Capability:
- Ability to deliver high-quality finishing work to a strong standard
- Experience working in occupied properties with care and professionalism
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to complete jobs independently from start to finish
- Good problem-solving skills when working on-site
Conduct of Franchisees
Persons undertaking work on behalf of the franchise represent the Pimlico brand and must at all times:
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service
- Be professional, reliable, and confident in customer-facing environments, with strong communication skills
- Be self-motivated with a strong work ethic and high standards
- Be proactive in managing workload and identifying additional opportunities
- Be comfortable operating independently while leveraging a well-established platform
- Be commercially aware and driven to maximise earnings
