Carpenter - Social Housing Repairs
Location: West London
Salary: Up to £38,000 per annum + Company Van + Fuel Card
Hours: Full-Time, Permanent | Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
Job Overview:
Are you a skilled Carpenter with experience in social housing repairs? We're seeking a dedicated, reliable individual to join a well-regarded social housing maintenance provider. You'll carry out essential repairs and maintenance on tenanted properties, making a real difference in people's homes.

Repairs & Maintenance
- Hanging doors, fitting kitchens, repairing flooring, and skirting.
- Constructing, installing, and repairing wood structures and fixtures.
- General maintenance tasks as required.

Preparation & Organisation
- Ensuring proper tools, equipment, and materials are available before starting jobs.

Job Management
- Logging jobs and updating progress via handheld PDA device.
- Completing a range of reactive repairs, planned maintenance, and void refurbishments.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Proven experience as a Carpenter in a domestic or social housing setting.
- Work Setting: Comfortable working in both occupied and void social housing properties.
- Licence: Full UK manual driving licence is essential.
