ROLE: Joiner
CONTRACT TYPE: 4 Weeks
LOCATION: Belfast, BT15
PAY RATE: £15.39 per hour PAYE
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Joiner to carry out planned and reactive joinery maintenance across sites in East and South Belfast. A company van will be provided for travel between sites.
What You'll Be Doing
- Carrying out planned preventative and reactive joinery maintenance.
- Installing, repairing, and maintaining doors, frames, skirting boards, architraves, windows, and other timber fixtures.
- Repairing and fitting cabinets, cupboards, furniture, and other wooden structures.
- Measuring, cutting, and shaping timber using hand and power tools.
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
- Ensuring all work complies with Health & Safety regulations and company procedures.
- Completing maintenance records and reporting completed works.
- Working closely with site teams to deliver high-quality maintenance services.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience working as a Joiner or Carpenter.
- NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Carpentry & Joinery.
- Strong knowledge of joinery repairs, installation, and maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
- DBS check required (or willingness to undergo one).
