Carpenter
Experienced Carpenter – Join Our Construction Team
In this role, you will carry out a range of first and second fix carpentry works across various construction projects, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Exceptional craftsmanship
- Attention to detail
- The ability to work independently or as part of a team
Duties
- Carrying out first and second fix carpentry works
- Installing:
- Doors, frames, skirting boards, architraves
- Ironmongery
- Fitting kitchens, timber flooring and other internal fixtures (where required)
- Measuring, cutting, and assembling timber and materials to specification
- Reading and interpreting drawings and technical plans
- Repairing, maintaining, and replacing timber structures and fittings
- Ensuring all work meets high standards and project timescales
- Maintaining tools, equipment, and a clean, safe working environment
- Adhering to health and safety procedures and company policies
- Reporting any defects or additional required works to site management

Requirements
- Valid CSCS Card
- Right to work in the UK
- Previous experience as a Carpenter
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Carpentry and Joinery (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of health and safety procedures
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Excellent attention to detail and workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently or in team settings
