This role is for a Carpenter within a Thames Valley Water team to carry out maintenance works on our domestic properties.
The base salary for this carpenter-role is £40,000 per annum.

As well as specific carpentry works, it would also be good if you could carry out basic multi-trade works such as tiling, patch-plastering and minor plumbing tasks.
Must have previous experience of the following:
- Domestic work domes
- Social housing and injecting plugin PDAs
Daily Responsibilities
- Carrying out maintenance works on domestic properties
- Providing a high level of customer service
- Using a PDA system to organise and complete maintenance jobs

Requirements
- Must hold a full UK driving licence
- Must have previous social housing experience
- Must have experience of using a PDA
No day release scores will be implemented for this role. A rough indication of hours for you may be up to 15 days per calendar month, but only completed for exact days worked.
