About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled candidates to join as an hourly-paid Carpentry Assessor, supporting teaching in our vibrant London campus.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, inclusive teaching sessions to help learners achieve their goals
- Share real-world insights and industry knowledge to enhance apprentices' skills
- Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learner needs and abilities

Requirements
We’re looking for candidates with:
- Proven experience in carpentry
- A1 Assessor’s Award (Level 3) and Taquqa Level 4 IQA qualification for End Point Assessment setup duties
- Premium experience setting up End Point Assessments for carpentry apprentices (ideal)
- Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills
- A commitment to inclusive, learner-focused education
- A recognised teaching qualification (or a willingness to obtain one)
- The ability to inspire diverse learners and support their potential
