Grow with us Join Ericsson Carrier Sales Associate - UK Ericsson is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Representative to drive growth of sales in conjunction with our Tier 1 carrier partners. This role emphasizes identifying and winning new business opportunities into the enterprise space around 5G resilience, fixed wireless access, and remote working initiatives, focused on our Key Clients BT & Vodafone. You will also expand existing CSP relationships by enhancing their 4G/5G Ericsson sales capabilities. This is a high-impact position within the UK market, with the potential to significantly influence the expansion of Ericsson’s wireless WAN networking footprint across the industry. What You Will Do: Hunt for new opportunities with targeted MSPs and Tier 1 operators, onboarding them to Ericsson's solutions portfolio.Grow existing MSP and Tier 1 operator accounts by increasing mindshare and driving additional sales opportunities.Maintain detailed reports on sales activities, progress, and program performance.Partner with cross-functional teams to maximize ROI and deliver strategic objectives.Deliver training and serve as the primary point of contact for new customers.Establish and maintain a clean and healthy pipeline You Will Bring: 5+ years of relevant sales experience, including selling into/with Telecom, MSOs, and/or MSPs.Strong technical understanding of networking, 4G LTE, 5G, and SD-WAN solutions.Experience with enterprise IT sales channels and key partners.Strategic thinking skills with proven leadership in driving initiatives to completion.Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior executives.
