Location: Staines – Hybrid Working
Salary: £35,496 - £42,969
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 35 hours a week – Monday to Friday
DBS Level: Basic
About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive Case Co-ordinator to join our Repairs team within the Minor Works function. You’ll manage a caseload of complex housing cases, including HHSRS hazards, damp & mould, aids & adaptations, and specialist repairs, taking ownership from identification through to resolution.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you’ll ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard, while making a real difference to residents’ homes and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and progress complex repairs cases end-to-end
- Coordinate inspections, surveys, and repair works
- Prioritise cases based on risk and resident need
- Act as the main point of contact for contractors
- Oversee complaints for residents on active jobs to resolution
- Ensure compliance with housing and safety regulations
- Maintain accurate records and manage risks
- Work closely with internal teams, contractors, and partners

- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English (Grades A*- C)
- Knowledge of HHSRS, Aids & Adaptations, and repairs
- Experience managing complex housing or property cases
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Empathy when supporting vulnerable residents
- Proactive and solution-focused approach
