Case Coordinator – Partner Finance (Associate) | Cirencester Office

About the Role
We’re seeking a highly organised and proactive Case Coordinator to join our Partner Finance team, supporting the delivery of a broad range of Partner Finance transactions. In this role, you will oversee transactions from allocation through to completion, ensuring a high-quality, efficient, and compliant service. Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you’ll help facilitate seamless business transitions for our Partners while upholding outstanding communication and service standards.
Key Responsibilities

Case Management
- Oversee a caseload of Partner Finance transactions, ensuring delivery aligns with agreed SLAs and risk frameworks.
- Coordinate end-to-end transaction workflows, including securing approvals and compiling essential documentation (e.g. legal contracts, credit approvals).

Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the primary point of contact for Partners, delivering clear, timely, and supportive communication throughout the transaction process.
- Support business sale and purchase (BSP) activities, lending processes, and other structured transactions (e.g. mergers, restructures).

- Identify risks or operational bottlenecks early and collaborate with stakeholders to implement mitigating solutions.

- Manage competing deadlines, demonstrating strong planning, organisational, and multi-tasking skills.
- Work across Partner Finance teams—including Consultancy, Lending, and Operations—to ensure smooth execution.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, refining service quality and operational efficiency.

- Support the rollout of business changes and readiness activities, ensuring seamless adjustments to day-to-day operations.
Who You Are
We’re looking for a resilient, diligent individual who thrives in a dynamic environment. Ideal candidates will be:
- Strong communicators, adept at managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Proactive and collaborative, comfortable navigating complex scenarios and fostering trust-based relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven expertise in managing business-critical processes or casework, ideally within financial services (or a comparable field).
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple transactions simultaneously.
- Outstanding stakeholder management and interpersonal communication—able to build influence and instant rapport.
- Strong analytical skills with confidence working in systems/toolsets (e.g. Excel, case management software).
Desirable (Not Essential) Experience
- Experience in business transactions (inter alia: acquisitions, disposals, or restructures).
- Familiarity with Partner Finance, BSP processes, or the wider financial services infrastructure.
