Case Handler
Location: Camberley
Do you enjoy speaking to people and helping to find quick effective solutions? Do you want the opportunity to be involved in dealing with clients and customers on a regular basis facilitating communication and ensuring the best level of service? Engage Services ESL, part of Marston Holdings Ltd are looking for a confident efficient individual to complete their team! Based in our dynamic and fast-paced Camberley office you'll be responsible for getting in touch with customers and clients by phone and email - handling daily queries and ensuring clear communication at all times.
What you will be doing:
- Handling case files from commencement to conclusion
- Acting as the key point of contact via phone and email for clients and customers
- Collaborating with the enforcement team to resolve case inquiries quickly
- Preparing reports and processing invoicing
- Diary management and case planning
- Using online consumer tracing tools and databases
What We Are Looking For:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced office environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills – confident and professional in every interaction
- Solution-focused mindset with the ability to handle challenges proactively
- Highly organised and able to manage a busy, varied workload efficiently
- Strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams)
