At Head First, we provide specialist assessment, rehabilitation, and case management services to clients and families rebuilding their lives following brain injury. We are looking for a Case Management Assistant (CMA) to join our friendly and dedicated team based in Tenterden.
About The Role
No two days are the same in this role. As a Case Management Assistant, you will provide vital administrative and coordination support to our Case Managers, clients, support workers, and wider team.
- Organising meetings and preparing professional documents
- Coordinating holidays
- Assisting with property adaptations
- Responding to urgent care staffing requests

What We're Looking For
We're Seeking a Motivated Individual Who Is
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- A confident communicator, both by telephone and email
- Adaptable, flexible, and able to manage competing priorities
- A collaborative team player with a positive approach
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Keen to learn new systems and processes
Previous administrative experience is desirable, but just as important is a willingness to learn and contribute to a supportive team environment.
