This role is open to employees currently employed within the People and Culture Directorate at the University of Leeds only.
This role will be based on the university campus with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.
Are you confident managing complex and competing demands in a fast-paced HR environment? We’re looking for someone with strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail, who takes a proactive approach to supporting colleagues and can communicate clearly and sensitively with a wide range of stakeholders.
As the University’s employee relations specialists, the HR Case Management team provides expert advice, guidance, and support on formal conduct cases, grievances, appeals, and employment tribunals, working towards constructive and effective resolutions. In this role, you will support Case Managers and the Senior Case Management Lead to deliver a consistent, high quality, and timely case management service.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at a time of change and development. We are currently reviewing and refining our approach to case management across the directorate, and as the service evolves, so too will this role. You will work closely with another ER Coordinator (who works across both Case Management and Employee Relations Teams), with the potential to be part of a growing team as our service develops.
