Case Management Platform Administrator

We’re looking for a Case Management Platform Administrator to join our team in Bradford on a permanent basis. This is a hybrid role, with two days in the office and three days working remotely each week.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a career in platform administration, low-code technology, and business systems configuration. We're looking for an individual who enjoys solving problems, learning new technologies, and turning business requirements into practical system solutions.

Working closely with our Lead Case Management Developer, you'll help configure, enhance, and support our ShareDo legal case management platform, while also gaining exposure to a wider suite of enterprise SaaS applications. You'll learn how to translate business requirements into practical technology solutions and play a key role in improving processes and user experiences across the organisation.

This role offers a fantastic development pathway into solution design, platform development, automation, and emerging technologies such as AI, with hands-on support, mentoring, and opportunities to grow your technical capabilities.

What will you be doing?

  • Configure workflows, forms, fields, and business processes within our case management platform
  • Support the delivery of technology solutions that improve team efficiency and user experience
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and help translate them into practical system enhancements
  • Assist in configuring and maintaining low-code/no-code platforms across the wider technology landscape
  • Troubleshoot issues, investigate root causes, and help implement effective solutions
  • Test new functionality and support platform upgrades and improvements
  • Learn and apply best practices in platform configuration, process design, and system administration
  • Explore new platform features and emerging technologies, including automation and AI capabilities
  • Contribute ideas that improve processes, systems, and ways of working
  • Support agile delivery practices including planning sessions, stand-ups, and retrospectives

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
