Role Description
This is a full-time Case Manager role based in Wigan, offered on a hybrid basis with some flexibility to work from home. The Case Manager will oversee property finance applications from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring accurate documentation, thorough due diligence, and timely progression of each case. - Liaising with clients, lenders, solicitors, and valuers
- Collecting and reviewing financial information
- Tracking milestones to keep cases on schedule

The role also involves collaborating closely with brokers and senior team members to deliver a smooth, professional experience for all stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong case management skills, including organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple property finance cases simultaneously.
- Experience in financial services, property finance, or mortgage/loan processing, with a solid understanding of bridging loans, development finance, or HMO finance preferred.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients, lenders, solicitors, and other stakeholders.
- Competence in using CRM systems and standard office software, with the ability to maintain accurate digital records and produce clear documentation.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities, including reviewing financial information, identifying risks, and finding practical solutions to case issues.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, managing time independently while collaborating with colleagues in-office and remotely.
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory and compliance requirements within UK financial services or property lending is beneficial.
- Previous experience in a brokerage, banking, or lending environment and a qualification in finance, business, or a related field is an advantage but not essential.
