A Case Manager role

Client Details

A leading mortgage role

Description

Manage a busy pre-offer pipeline and keep cases moving efficiently.

  • Answer broker calls and provide clear case updates.
  • Respond promptly to broker and internal queries.
  • Chase outstanding information, documents and actions.
  • Work with Underwriting to package applications effectively.
  • Keep case notes, communications and next steps up to date.
  • Manage priorities, service levels and broker expectations.
  • Escalate blockers and support smoother pipeline movement.

Profile

Prior customer service experience.

  • A task-oriented approach, with the ability to prioritise workload, maintain clear task lists, track outstanding actions, chase next steps promptly, update case notes and follow work through to completion.
  • An understanding of the current regulatory landscape in respect of data protection, money laundering and treating customers fairly.
  • Strong organisation skills, with the ability to work to strict deadlines and maintain excellent attention to detail.
