Case Manager / Occupational Therapist - associate or employed roles available

Expand Our Case Management Team – North East of England

We’re seeking experienced Case Managers and Occupational Therapists (specialising in neuroscience) to join our growing team in an associate (self-employed) or employed capacity. Our focus is on delivering person-centred rehabilitation for individuals with acquired brain injury or complex needs.

About the Role

Due to increasing demand for our neurological occupational therapy and case management services in the North East of England, we’re expanding to enhance support for clients with complex, acquired conditions.

Our team offers flexible, high-quality rehabilitation within a supportive framework. Ideal candidates will bring clinical expertise, medico-legal awareness, and a client-focused mindset to roles that blend independence with professional guidance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised case management and occupational therapy services aligned with BABICM and IRCM standards for adults and/or children with:
    • Acquired brain injury
    • Complex neurological conditions
    • Physical disabilities
  • Conduct detailed clinical assessments and produce thorough, evidence-based reports
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and carers to support goal-setting and recovery
  • Work independently while adhering to company policy, CQC standards, and regulatory guidelines
  • Travel to clients’ homes and attend in-person and virtual meetings
  • Occasionally visit head office (Penrith) and a secondary site (Owl Barn) for training and team sessions

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
