This is a full-time Case Manager role. The Case Manager will handle property finance cases from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for clients and lenders. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Assessing client requirements
- Gathering and reviewing documentation
- Preparing and submitting applications
- Proactively managing pipelines to meet deadlines
The role involves liaising with lenders, solicitors, valuers, and clients to resolve queries, mitigate risks, and keep all parties updated on progress. The Case Manager will maintain accurate records, support brokers with case structuring, and contribute to continuous improvement of internal workflows and client experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in client service and relationship management, including clear communication, active listening, and a professional, solutions-focused approach.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Analytical skills for reviewing financial information, identifying risks, and ensuring compliance with lender and regulatory requirements.
- Comfort with using CRM systems, digital document management tools, and standard office software (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, email) to track and progress cases.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, documentation checks, and reporting.
- Knowledge of property finance products such as bridging, buy-to-let, development, and commercial lending is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work effectively on-site in London as part of a collaborative team, demonstrating integrity, discretion, and respect for diverse colleagues and clients.
- Relevant education or training in finance, business, or a related field is advantageous, though comparable experience will be considered.
