Join Our Team – FAB! Project Case Worker

Are you passionate about supporting children and families to thrive? Do you believe in the power of relationships, early intervention, and community? Simply Limitless is looking for a compassionate, motivated FAB! Project Case Worker to join our growing team and help deliver our transformational FAB! (Families At their Best) programme.

The Role

  • Hours: 18 hours per week
  • Contract: Fixed-term (12 months with potential extension to 3 years)
  • Start Date: March 2026

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Delivering our weekly FAB! programme, including Family Café sessions and wellbeing groups
  • Providing 1:1 casework support to a caseload of families
  • Building trusted relationships with children, parents, and carers
  • Supporting emotional wellbeing, parenting confidence, and family stability
  • Working collaboratively with schools, health professionals, and local services
  • Ensuring safeguarding and family support plans are consistently delivered

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
