Requirements
Core Qualifications
- Educational Background:
- Degree or diploma in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Human Services, or related field* is preferred but not always required in some positions.
- Licensing/Certifications:
- Possession or willingness to obtain a relevant certification (such as a CDP - Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor or a Social Work license) is beneficial.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities are essential.

- Experience in case management or client services, at least in a non-profit, healthcare, or government setting, is beneficial.
