Job details
In this role, you will support migrants who have experienced forced migration and/or are particularly vulnerable by providing immigration advice, casework assistance, and representation.
There will be an opportunity to contribute to:
- Strategic litigation
- Policy advocacy
- Training
- Legal information resources

Salary
SO2 – £36,124 + 5% employer pension contribution
Available to candidates who hold:
- IAA Level 2 (Immigration)
- IAA Level 2 (Asylum and Protection)
- A practising certificate
SO1 – £33,366 + 5% employer pension contribution
Available to candidates who hold:
- IAA Level 1 (Immigration)
The salary will increase to SO2 upon attainment of IAA Level 2 in both categories.

Working Hours
Multiple vacancies are available: (Applicants should state which role they wish to be considered. You may also indicate both roles)
- Full-time: 35 hours per week
- Part-time: 21 hours per week
