We’re looking for a Cash and Banking Team Manager to join our Sales to Cash team in our wider Co-op Business Services (CBS) organisation. CBS is made up of a number of diverse teams dedicated to delivering high-quality, reliable, and cost-effective business services across our Co-op. You’ll play a key role in helping CBS to support and realise our group vision of ‘co-operating to build more value for member-owners every day’.

As a Cash Manager, you’ll manage a large team responsible for carrying out bank reconciliations accurately and on time across Co-op Funeralcare. We’ll also look to you to maintain bank accounts, oversee cash reconciliation, and put the right controls in place. If you have the skills and experience we’re looking for, and you care about supporting others in their growth and development, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Why this role matters

This role plays an important part in keeping our Co-op financially accurate and accountable. By making sure our cash and bank reconciliations are produced properly, you’ll help us protect our finances, support confident decision-making, and maintain trust with our clients, customers, and third-party investors.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
