Supporting cash forecasting activities by collecting and analyzing data to ensure accuracy Monitoring daily cash positions, ensuring the availability of liquidity for operations Assisting in managing group-level liquidity by processing and tracking transactions Maintaining and updating records for bank accounts, fees, managing operations and relationships with financial institutions Collaborating on the selection and implementation of payment/collection methods Executing front office operations for deposits, securities, and other financial instruments Ensuring compliance with treasury policies and regulatory standards Assisting in the preparation and validation of management reports related to cash flow Participating in Digital Treasury Management Projects and other improvement initiatives
All About You
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field 2-5 years of professional experience in cash management, treasury operations, or a related field British citizenship or approved work permit in the UK is a must Experience in an international organization or multi-currency treasury operations Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel) and experience with SAP applications Fluency in English both written and verbal Analytical thinking with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate effectively with third‑party financial experts and regulatory authorities, and to manage multiple tasks while meeting strict deadlines. Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-cultural, cross-border environment Knowledge of online banking platforms and treasury management systems Knowledge of cash flow forecasting and reporting techniques is an asset Familiarity with project management or involvement in automation projects is a plus High ethical standards and a strong sense of confidentiality
