Job Title: Temporary Cash Office Assistant (6 months)
Location: Boundary Outlet - Sheffield
Hours: 16 hours a week working 4 days out of 7

Role Overview:
As a Cash Office Assistant, you’ll be responsible for handling the store’s financial processes, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately, and supporting the team in maintaining compliance with company policies. Your attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process and reconcile daily cash, card, and voucher transactions.
- Prepare banking deposits and ensure secure handling of all monies.
- Monitor and maintain records of petty cash and float balances.
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies in cash handling or reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including security protocols.
- Provide support to the wider team during busy periods or as needed.

- Strong numerical and organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines effectively.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive financial data.
- Experience in cash handling or a similar role is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is an advantage.
- A minimum of one year’s experience working in a cash office.
