Front of House Nandoca (Team Member)
Hourly Rate: £13.29 (may differ for under 18s)
We’re looking for passionate and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Front of House Nandocas! This role is about creating remarkable customer experiences that leave our guests feeling valued, excited, and eager to return.
No previous experience is required. All we need is your passion and a willingness to learn—we’ll cover the rest.
What I’ll Do
As a Front of House Nandoca, my role involves:
- Creating a fun, friendly, and relaxed atmosphere where guests feel welcome and like part of the Nando’s family
- Delivering a warm and genuine welcome experience to every guest
- Serving customers efficiently at the till with excellent problem-solving skills
- Presenting Nando’s high-quality food to culinary standards, ensuring guests are "fired up" and truly wowed
- Delivering exceptional food and drinks, anticipating guest needs for a seamless dining experience
- Adhering to all fire safety, health and safety, food hygiene, and restaurant security regulations
