Job Summary
We are looking for 24h/ fix-term contract -3 Months cashier.
As a Tory Burch Sales Cashier you are a focused individual with an eye for detail. You are able to work calmly and effectively under pressure and able maintain the highest standards at all times. You will be highly trained on the POS and be focused on cashier duties for the majority of the time. Along with this extra responsibility typically comes a greater level of knowledge of the POS (in addition to basic transactions, you will also need to understand returns, discounts and promotions, etc.) and will be in a customer-facing role. You will work as part of the front of house team, sometimes with the back of house team, and other times directly with the GM s AGM.

Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence
- Adhere to all policies and procedures with a focus on cash accuracy, loss prevention and operational excellence
- Ensure all sales and operational policies and procedures are maintained
- Ensure POS Cashwrap is clean and organized, and sufficiently prepared for trade at all times
- Have a full understanding of the communication tools (Radios/Fiori) used in the store
- Assist when necessary with operational and back of house admin activities
- Answer the telephone using proper telephone etiquette
- Represent the Brand
- Understand and communicate the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle with each other and the customer
- Emulate the brand aesthetic and embody a strong sense of fashion and an enthusiastic attitude
- Contribute to maintaining all brand and operating standards to support brand consistency
- Assist In maintaining store presentation standards, taking initiative during down-times and acting with a sense of urgency during peak periods of business

Experience
- 1-2 yrs. experience in a high volume, customer-driven retail environment
- Availability and flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, store openings and closings, to meet the needs of the business.
