About the Role: Cashier
Are you good with numbers and have a keen eye for detail? As a Cashier, you’ll be responsible for:
- Managing transactions efficiently to ensure smooth cash desk operations
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience where guests can make the most of their gaming time

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain customer confidentiality with the highest integrity
- Provide first-class customer service with strong emotional intelligence and social skills
- Work swiftly and accurately, handling chips and cash to ensure the deck balances at all times
- Comply with legislation and cash desk procedures (competency test required)
You’ll join a supportive team, with clear opportunities to grow into roles like Head Cashier.
Requirements
- Standing from 18 years or older, with the legal right to work in the UK
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Understanding of cash desk legislation (must pass competency test upon selection)
- Exceptional social and communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekday nights, weekends, and shift work
