Put simply, we are a growing international business supporting operations across the UK, Europe and the US. As transaction volumes continue to increase, we are strengthening our Treasury function to ensure efficient payment execution, strong controls and excellent cash management.
Your Team
The Cashier will be part of the Treasury Team and will work closely with Finance, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, banks and operational stakeholders across multiple group entities.
What is this role responsible for?
As a Cashier, you will be responsible for processing and submitting payments for multiple group entities, managing daily treasury operational activities, supporting cash settlements, and ensuring payment transactions are executed accurately and on time. The role requires experience in domestic and cross-border payments and a good understanding of payment clearing and settlement processes across the UK, Europe and the United States.

- Prepare, review and submit supplier, employee reimbursement, tax and intercompany payments.
- Process domestic and international payments through banking platforms and ERP systems.
- Handle cross-border payment transactions and monitor settlement status.
- Ensure compliance with payment approval matrices, treasury policies and internal controls.
- Support payment processing across UK, European and US entities.
- Monitor bank accounts and investigate payment exceptions or rejected transactions.
- Assist with daily bank reconciliations and treasury operational activities.
- Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation for audit purposes.
- Prepare payment and cash activity reports for management.
- Support treasury process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
What you need to succeed
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in payment operations, treasury operations, or banking operations.
- Hands-on experience with domestic and international payment processing.
- Knowledge of payment clearing and settlement processes in the UK, Europe and United States.
- Basic accounting and bookkeeping knowledge.
- Experience using online banking platforms and ERP systems.
- Fluent written and spoken English.

Skills / Experience
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with large volumes of transactional data.
- Advanced Excel skills and data analysis experience would be advantageous.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
